10ozvanilla coconut milk (or other dairy-free milk)
1/2wholeavocado
1wholebanana
2scoopschocolate protein powder (collagen, or plant based)
1/4tspmint extract
Instructions
For the Coconut Whip
1 can of coconut milk refrigerated overnight: scoop out the cream, blend with hand mixer until you get a whipped consistency. You can store the rest in the fridge for several days.
Putting it all together
Layer the smoothie base and coconut whip a couple of times, then place a big dollop on top. Last, sprinkle with cacao nibs to make it fancy☺ Now enjoy!
Notes
For best results use chilled milk and a frozen banana. And as always, use organic ingredients whenever possible.
