Almond Honey Crisps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw whole almonds coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter or coconut oil
  • 2-3 tbsp clover honey To taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Whip butter/oil, honey, vanilla and sea salt in food processor.
  • Blend with chopped almonds. Spread in parchment-lined 8x8" baking dish.
  • Bake at 375 degrees until golden (about 20 minutes). Let cool. Cut into 9-12 squares.
