Instructions
Place milk in your blender or cup, then add the protein powder and flaxseeds, then place frozen berries, spinach and kale on top, then blend away!!
My favorite way to do this is using an immersion blender (which you can purchase for less than $40 on amazon). You can zip right through the ingredients in less than one minute, and clean up is super fast….no blender parts to wash.
