Ok, here is a SUPER simple, fast, and delicious kale recipe. It definitely satisfies the salty and crunchy craving too! It is also Paleo and Paleo AIP compliant☺
Sea Salt and Lime Kale Recipe
- 3 bunches of organic kale or 1 large bag of precut and prewashed kale
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tbsp organic olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
- Line a baking sheet with foil
- Place kale in a large bowl, and mix in the olive oil, lime juice and salt. Coat the kale evenly.
- Place kale mix on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min (or until kale becomes slightly browned on top only.
- Serve and enjoy!
